1. General Terms & Conditions
Ticket confirmation is subject to 100% advance payment.
Indo Canadian provides travel services to and from Delhi IGI Airport and does not guarantee passenger boarding or missed onward flights.
Arrival and departure timings are tentative and may change due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Passenger Policy
Children above 3 years must travel on a full ticket and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Unaccompanied minors are strictly not allowed.
Management reserves the right to change seat allocation without prior notice.
3. Luggage Policy
Passengers are responsible for personal/hand luggage carried inside the bus.
The tourist is responsible for their own luggage kept inside the bus (handbags, trolley bags, purses, etc.). The Company is responsible only for luggage kept in the bus boot, with liability up to Rs. 25,000/- only.
Baggage allowance follows airline baggage policies. Passengers are advised to check airline rules before booking.
4. Onboard Conduct
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the coach.
Any misconduct or indecent behavior may result in immediate de-boarding without refund and may lead to legal action.
Carrying flammable, dangerous, or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
Pets, animals, or birds are not allowed inside the bus.
5. Facilities Disclaimer
Facilities such as TV, LED screens, and Wi-Fi are provided on a complimentary and subject-to-availability basis, and their non-availability or malfunction shall not be considered valid grounds for any refund, compensation, or claim.
6. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are not accepted over phone.
Tickets can be cancelled via the company office or the official website.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
No cash refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy Charges
Before 48 hours: 85% refund
Within 48 hours: 75% refund
Within 24 hours: 50% refund
Any modification: 50% refund
Important Condition
Cancellation must be done before scheduled departure time to be eligible for refund.
7. Delays & Liability
The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:
Traffic
Vehicle breakdown
Accidents
Natural events
Riots or other unforeseen situations
No refund/complaint will be entertained if the passenger reaches the wrong boarding point.
8. Payment & Transaction Disclaimer
Indo Canadian shall not be liable for any transaction failure due to:
Bank issues
Card limits
Payment gateway failures
